Land Development and Redevelopment
WWE’s land development and redevelopment clients have ranged from single-family home builders to designers of essentially entire towns. Water rights services and water supply analyses are often required during the planning stages, while water, wastewater and drainage infrastructure, including pre- and post-project hydrology and water quality impact assessment and irrigation, are key components of development design. Other considerations that WWE has addressed for developers include (as examples) floodplains, wetlands and other permitting, stream channel restoration/habitat enhancement, soils suitability, geologic hazards, aesthetic features and watershed issues.
