WWE’s water rights services include the development of augmentation plans. WWE is well experienced in planning, preparing and executing augmentation plans for a wide variety of water rights clients. In 1967-68, WWE was hired by Felix Sparks of the Colorado Water Conservation Board to assist with water administration and to improve efficiency of water use. WWE formulated and recommended the use of water augmentation plans to allow for enhanced beneficial use of water. The WWE work helped lead to the Water Rights Determination Act of 1969.
